Aussie Millions 2007 Main Event Day 1
I arrived at the Crown at 1am bleary eyed and for some reason they confused my surname with Elizabeth and I am convinced they were going to put me in Shannon’s room! 
I woke my wife Ellen up the next morning with a declaration of “Hey! Where’s Shannon Elizabeth and how in hell did you get here!”
I love living life on the edge.
The start of the main event was electric with huge crowds coming to see the celebrity players they had only ever seen on tv. We had dinner with Grinder’s big brother Robert and his lovely partner Elise and had some great laughs. Michael was unable to make the trip to OZ, too difficult with a young family. Look out for my interview with Robert!
